What forms of payment do you accept?

Our prices are in US Dollars. We accept ALL major credit cards with our payment processors 2CheckOut and PayPal over a safe, and secure network. Both 2CheckOut and PayPal are very well known online payment processors with PayPal being owned by Ebay. If you do not have a PayPal account, click on the banner and sign up.

What kind of Jewelry do you sell and where is it made?

We only sell quality .925 Sterling Silver Jewelry which is imported from Italy, Thailand, China and Mexico. If it is not Sterling Silver then we don't sell it.

What is your return policy?

All SilverTreats.com, products carry a 14-day money back guarantee, from the date the package is delivered. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please e-mail us at info[@]silvertreats.com for a refund authorization number. All returns must include the refund authorization number and they must be returned via a traceable method or they will be refused. Once we receive your item we will credit you for the amount of your purchase less actual shipping and handling costs, PayPal transaction fees, plus a 20% restocking fee.

The product will be inspected upon receipt. All returns must be in re-salable condition and all original packaging must be in place for full credit to be issued. No credit will be issued if the product shows signs of use.
